Who is Jacob Hackenburg Griffiths-Randolph?
Justice Jacob Hackenburg Griffiths-Randolph was a judge and also the Speaker of the Parliament of Ghana during the Third Republic.
He was once Commissioner of Income Tax during the First Republic of Ghana. He went into exile in Togo in 1962. He was later appointed Speaker of Parliament on June 10, 1965 in the First Republic of Ghana. He remained speaker until parliament was suspended by the National Liberation Council, formed after the coup d'état that ended the First Republic.
