Who was John Galsworthy?
Sir John Edgar Galsworthy, CMG, KVCO was a British diplomat, ambassador to Mexico, 1972–1977, and counsellor to the UK delegation to the EEC. He was appointed CMG in 1968 and KCVO in 1975.
He served in World War II in the Duke of Cornwall's Light Infantry.
