John Leonard Gray is a retired American professional baseball player, a former Major League Baseball pitcher who played for four seasons. He pitched for the Philadelphia Athletics/Kansas City Athletics from 1954 to 1955, the Cleveland Indians in 1957, and the Philadelphia Phillies in 1958.
