Elke Kruse, besser bekannt unter ihrem Pseudonym Käthe Kruse ist eine deutsche Schlagzeugerin und Künstlerin.
Von 1982 bis 1987 war sie Drummerin der Gruppe Die Tödliche Doris, bevor sie als Solistin tätig wurde. Kruse ist heute Musikerin und Künstlerin in Berlin. Sie hat zwei Töchter und ist mit dem Schweizer Schriftsteller Yves Rosset verheiratet.
