Who is K. Bhagyaraj?

K. Bhagyaraj is a Tamil film director, actor, writer and producer. He has directed and produced several Tamil films and also written and directed a few Telugu and Hindi films.He is well known for his mastery in screenplay. He won a Filmfare Best Actor Award for Mundhanai Mudichu, a film he wrote, directed and starred in and also wrote the script for its remake in Hindi Masterji directed by K. Raghavendra Rao starring Rajesh Khanna.He has also been music composer in films like Idhu Namma Aalu,Pavunnu Pavunuthan, Gnanapazham to name a few.He is editor of weekly magazine Bhagya and has written 7 novels and appeared in Television serials and also directed few soaps for TV. He wrote books like Vaanga Cinemavai Pattri Pesalam, Neenga Nenaicha Saadikkalaam, Ungal Bhagyaraj in Kezhvi Bhadhil
