Kailash Vijayvargiya is current cabinet minister in Bharatiya Janata Party government of Madhya Pradesh in India. He is minister of industries and employment. He was born in 1956 in Indore. He was mayor of Indore from 2000 to 2003. He was appointed as a Chairman of All India Mayor Council, India in 2000.
In year 2011 and 2012, he fought election for Madhya Pradesh cricket association, but he lost both times to the union Cabinet minister Jyotiraditya Madhavrao Scindia .
