강부자는 대한민국의 배우이다.
1962년 KBS 공채 2기 탤런트로 데뷔하였으며 2년 뒤인 1964년에 TBC로 옮겨 전속으로 일했다. 1967년 배우 이묵원과 결혼하였다. 통일국민당 소속 제14대 국회의원을 지냈다.
