Who is Kobi Oshrat?
Kobi Oshrat is a composer and conductor from Haifa in Israel. He composed and conducted the winning entry at the 1979 Eurovision Song Contest Hallelujah sung by Gali Atari and Milk and Honey. He also composed and the conducted the 1985 and 1992 Israeli entries, he also conducted the 1987 and 1991 Israeli entries but did not write the music for either of them.
