Who is Lovelace Schirmer?

Lovelace Schirmer Ampofo-Domfeh (born 24 September 1991) is a Ghanaian Entrepreneur, Economist and HR Expert. She is the co-founder and EVP of The Rudolf & Schirmers Enterprises, and CEO of The Schirmer Investments Limited.

Early Life and Family

Lovelace Schirmer Ampofo-Domfeh was born on 24 September 1991 in Kumasi, into a family of three children. She grew up with her mother and two sisters.

Lovelace Schirmer is married to Rudolf Schirmer Ampofo-Domfeh, and they have three children; Grania Schirmer Ampofo-Domfeh, Rudolf Schirmer Ampofo-Domfeh I and Jackie Schirmer Ampofo-Domfeh

Career

Lovelace Schirmer is a young Entrepreneur, Economist and HR Expert in today’s business world. She is the Co-founder of The Rudolf & Schirmers Enterprises and its member companies including; The Schirmer Investments LTD and Format Builders & Contractors LTD.

She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Geography from the University of Ghana, and now is certified chartered economist. She also has a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource and Development. She currently works as the Executive Vice President and HR Director of the Enterprises and Acting CEO of The Schirmer Investments ltd.

As an Executive Vice President of The Rudolf & Schirmers Enterprises, and CEO of The Schirmer Investments, Lovelace Schirmer works to expand the company’s real estate, commercial, retail, properties, travel & leisure, mining and telecommunications interests. Her expertise in HR, rigorous education and inherent business sense add a level of detail and depth to the management of all current and future projects of The Rudolf & Schirmers.

In addition to new project developments, Lovelace oversees the group’s extensive property and retail portfolio. She is involved in all aspects of the company’s development, from deal evaluation, analysis and pre-development planning to construction, branding, marketing, operations, sales and leasing. She also leads the HR Department of the group, and controls the retail outlets of the brands of the group.

Upon co-founding The Rudolf & Schirmers Enterprises and associated companies, Lovelace worked as Head of HR for Augson Global in 2015. Prior to this, she worked as Business Development Manager for Capax Limited.
