Maria Antonietta Barucci is an astronomer at the Observatory-Meudon,Paris. She is the joint discoverer with R. Scott Dunbar, on 30 August 1984, of the Aten asteroid 3362 Khufu at Palomar. She is a co-author of The Solar System published by Springer-Verlag.
