Who was Milton S. Eisenhower?

Milton Stover Eisenhower was an American educational administrator. He served as president of three major American universities: Kansas State University, the Pennsylvania State University, and the Johns Hopkins University. He was the younger brother of U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower.
