Nils Olav Young Fearnley was a Norwegian businessperson and landowner, and a member of the Fearnley family.
He was born to the shipowner Thomas Fearnley and his wife Elisabeth Young. His brother was Thomas Fearnley. N. O. Young Fearnley went to a trade school in Leipzig, Germany. He established several industries in Norway, among them Ranheim Papirfabrikk.
He was also a board member of Forsikringsselskapet Viking.
He was a founder and honorary member of the gentlemen's club SK Fram.
