Who is Nils-Erik Stenbäck?
A former Finnish Intelligence Officer, whom for two years was stationed in Washington where he befriended Swedish Intelligence officer, Captain Curt Wennberg. Stenbäck worked in Washington in the capacity of Assistant Defence Attache. From 1942 till his departure from the USA in autumn 1943, he was the only Finnish defence official in the USA.
