Who is P. C. Vishnunath?

P. C. Vishnunath is an Indian politician of the Indian National Congress, and represents Chengannur constituency in the Kerala state legislative assembly.

Entered politics through K.S.U.; Was Unit Secretary, K.S.U., Devaswom Board College, Sasthamcotta; Secretary, Arts Club, Devaswom Board College; University Union Councillor, Devaswom Board College. Elected to the Kerala University Senate in 2001 and 2002; was state President, K.S.U.; honoured with the Best Student Leader in India Award in 2005; Elected as President, Youth Congress. Participated in the 'Dandi Memorial March' in 2005 as the representative of Kerala State. Imprisoned in connection with the Strike conducted by K.S.U. against hike in bus charge; participated in many Students' agitation and strikes.
