Who is Pa McInerney?

Pa "Fowler" McInerney was an Irish hurler who played as a goalkeeper for the Clare and Dublin senior teams.

McInerney made his first appearance for the Clare team during the 1913 championship and became a regular player over the next two decades. During that time he won one All-Ireland winner's medal and two Munster winner's medals. He also lined out with Dublin, winning one All-Ireland winners' medal, three Leinster winners' medals and one National Hurling League winners' medal.

At club level, McInerney enjoyed a successful career with O'Callaghan Mills and Garda, winning numerous county club championship winners' medal.
