Ralph Johnson is an American musician. Johnson serves as the percussionist and vocalist for the R&B band, Earth, Wind & Fire, which he joined in 1971.
Johnson has practiced martial arts for over 20 years and holds first degree black belts in both American Tang Soo Do style karate and Kung Fu San Soo.
