Randy Brown is an American R&B singer born in Memphis, Tennessee.
Brown's brother was William Brown, who was a member of The Three Lads. He recorded several albums in the late 1970s and early 1980s, often performing material penned by songwriters Homer Banks and Chuck Brooks. At one point he was also a short-term member of The Temprees.
