Rodney White

Who is Rodney White?

Dr. White is an infrastructure planner and former Director of the

Institute of Environmental Studies at the University of Toronto.

He co-chaired an industry/university research group that produced

a report titled "Coping with Natural Hazards in Canada: Scientific,

Government and Insurance Industry Perspectives." He was Principal

Investigator for the GIS-based Soil Erosion Management Project in

North China and P.I. for the Toronto component of the Sustainable

Water Management Project in the Beijing-Tianjin Region, both funded

by CIDA. As an Associate Fellow of the Environmental Change Institute

at the University of Oxford, he offered a graduate course on The

Financial Services Sector and Environmental Change.
