Who is Steve Higgins?

Steve Higgins is an American writer, producer, announcer, actor, and comedian.

Higgins' start in entertainment was as one of the creators, stars, and writers of the Comedy Central sketch comedy series The Higgins Boys and Gruber; he also was the head writer for the short-lived The Jon Stewart Show

Higgins was the co-head writer of Saturday Night Live from 1995 to 1997. Since 1997, he has served on the writing staff of the show, and since 1996, he has served as a producer of the show. Higgins served as announcer on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon for its entire run, from 2009 to 2014. Since 2014, he has served as the announcer on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

Higgins also voices Mr. Awesome in the Hulu animated series The Awesomes.
