Who is V. R. Prabodhachandran Nair?
V. R. Prabodhachandran Nair is a linguist and grammarian of Kerala. He is the pioneer in the study of the phonology of the Malayalam language. Apart from phonology he is also interested in Syntax and Stylistics. He has authored one book in syntax titled.Verbal forms in Malayalam, published by the Dravidian Linguistic Association of India.
He started his career as a lecturer in the University of Kerala and retired from there as the Head of the Department of Linguistics.He is currently working as a Professor in Sree Sankaracharya Sanskrit University, Kaladi, Kerala
