Who is Valentin Abe?
Valentin Abe is a humanitarian working in Haiti. Originally from the Ivory Coast, he is a Fulbright Scholar with a background in Agriculture. Abe then traveled to Haiti and established the Haiti Fish Development Project with the goal of using sustainable fishing to help Haitians out of poverty. His success has led to the TIME Magazine's naming him as one of the world's 100 Most Influential People in 2010.
