Who is Vanessa Veasley?

Vanessa Veasley was born and raised in the Main Line suburbs of Philadelphia and is the daughter of jazz musician Gerald Veasley. She is a mix of Jamaican heritage among “a few other things.” At age 17, she moved to Atlanta to attend Clark Atlanta University. It was at Clark that she went on a few assignments at local modeling agencies and was told she had a great look, but needed to slim down. She later found her place among hip-hop models, “a place where curves and ethnic looks are celebrated” (cutiecentral.com). She admitted she got into “the sexier side of the industry after gaining my freshman 15 in college.” Her measurements are 36D-24-40 and she weighs 140 lbs.

Vanessa described herself as opinionated, headstrong and a nerd.

She said from a young age her mother taught her to embrace her body and sexuality; they were gifts to be proud of. “They are in harmony with your intelligence and sensibility, not traded for them.” She said this outlook helped her. Her sexuality, she said, isn’t a weapon, just a part of her spirit. Other models, she intends, are not her competition, but fellow artists. Vanessa insists she hasn’t become jaded working in the industry. And while she’s always loved taking pictures, she would love to one day become an actress.

Vanessa Veasley has also appeared in music videos, including “Amazing” for Kayne West, “Lollipop” for Lil Wayne, “Drop and Gimme 50” for Mike Jones, “International Players Anthem” for UGK and “Wouldn’t Get Far” for Game.

On television, she was seen on an infomercial for “Leg Magic,” Nick Cannon’s “Short Circuitz,” Best Damn Sports Show Period, and Fantasy Sports Week.

Per her Modelmayhem page, when booking, she will “show up! I am on time; I am a professional; I maintain my shape, hair, skin and nails; I take direction well in English and Spanish; I don’t whine; I don’t bring a noisy posse, angry boyfriend, or small dogs with me to set; I will listen to your CRAPPY ASS music all day long! LOL.” She also works out about three times a week, and at least one active thing every weekend, such as hiking, roller-skating, or riding horses.

Vanessa Veasley loves men who have a strong work ethic, honesty, love their mothers and are straight forward, though high-maintenance pretty boys are a turn-off.

It is rumored that she got pregnant by Drake, but that she gave up her pregnancy after they broke up. Drake said, “A woman that messed with unprotected just texted me and said she wished she would have kept it.”
