Who is Vicki Hennessy?
Vicki Hennessy was interim sheriff of San Francisco and was the city's first female sheriff. She was appointed interim sheriff by Mayor Ed Lee following Lee's suspension of elected sheriff Ross Mirkarimi for what Lee said was official misconduct. She is no relation to former Sheriff Mike Hennessey.
