Who is Vlad Zachary?

Vlad Zachary is a former Bulgarian journalist for the Kultura Newspaper: Articles: "Kultura" newspaper - Vlad Zachary, author, radio newscaster and TV anchor. He attended the famous Sofia University. As a student Vlad was actively involved in the formation of the first free newspapers after the fall of Communism in Bulgaria in 1990-s. Later he was recruited as an independent professional by the state-run Bulgarian National Television, and was entrusted with the live reporting from the parliamentary sessions. This same parliament produced the first non-communist constitution in Eastern Europe. Later Vlad Zachary was one of the first newscasters on the first private radio station in Bulgaria "Express Radio". By the late 1990-s Vlad shifted his interests to advertising and helped launch the local branches of the global advertising powerhouses Leo Burnett and Ogilvy & Mather

Vlad Zachary retired from journalism in 1997 to pursue business education in the US.
