Volker Ratzmann ist ein deutscher Politiker von Bündnis 90/Die Grünen und Rechtsanwalt. Er war Mitglied im Abgeordnetenhaus von Berlin und dort einer der beiden Fraktionsvorsitzenden. 2012 wurde er Leiter der politischen Abteilung der Landesvertretung von Baden-Württemberg.
