Coffin was an actress who appeared in Hollywood films, and many television shows including Adam 12, The Doris Day Show, The Debbie Reynolds Show, Lancer, The Beverly Hillbillies, High Chaparral, Death Valley Days, Petticoat Junction, Perry Mason, Bonanza, Bewitched, Honey West, The Ann Sothern Show. Her alternate names, which she was often also credited as were Winnie Coffin or Winnie Collins. She was wife of author Dean Coffin and mother of actor Frederick Coffin.
