Who is Yoshinori Sato?

Yoshinori Sato is a former Japanese professional baseball player. He was a starting pitcher for the Tokyo Yakult Swallows.

Sato clocked some of the fastest speeds in tournament history with his fastball when he pitched in the 89th National High School Baseball Championship in 2007 as a senior for Sendai Ikuei Gakuen High School. Despite his diminutive size, he has made a name for himself as one of the hardest-throwing young pitchers in all of Japanese professional baseball.
