Who is Abd-Al-Minaam Khaleel?

General Abd-Al-Minaam Khaleel graduated from the Egyptian Military Academy in 1941. He assumed command of the Egyptian 2nd Army during the Yom Kippur War, replacing Major General Saaduddin Mamun.
