Who is Adam Bielański?
Adam Bielański is a Polish chemist and professor of the Jagiellonian University. He is a member of the Polish Academy of Science. He is an author of several university level books on inorganic chemistry. Many of them are standard textbooks for students at most universities in Poland.
Bielański was born in Kraków. His brother Władysław was a professor of biology, his sister Zofia is a professor of biology as well. He turned 100 in December 2012.
