Who is Adolf Mwesige?
Adolf Kasaija Mwesige is a Ugandan lawyer and politician. He is the current Minister for Local Government in the Ugandan Cabinet. He has served in that position since February 2009. He is also the elected Member of Parliament for "Bunyangabu County", Kabarole District, a position he has served in since 1996.
