Adomas Varnas was a prominent Lithuanian painter, photographer, collector, philanthropist, and educator.
Author of the world first album of ethnographical photography Lithuanian Crosses about the unique Lithuanian folk art, cross crafting.
In 1944 he emigrated to the United States, where he lived until his death.
