Who is Adrian Ellison?
Adrian Ellison was born on 11 September 1958 and is a retired English rowing cox. He coxed the men's four which brought Steve Redgrave his first Olympic gold in Los Angeles in 1984. He also won gold at the 1986 Commonwealth Games, again in the men's coxed fours.
He attended Reading University and studied zoology. He coxed the woman's crews during his time there in the late 1970s.
