Alan B. Salisbury

Who is Alan B. Salisbury?

Mr. Salisbury has been an independent management consultant to the

information technology industry since July 1999. From August 1998

through June 1999, he served as Chairman of the U.S. subsidiary of

Learning Tree International, a provider of advanced technology and

technical management training. From 1993 through June 1999, Mr.

Salisbury served as that company’s President, and he served as a

director from June 1994 through June 2001. He also served as a director

of Template Software, Inc., an enterprise application integration and

tools development company, from January 1998 through December 1999.
