Who was Alan Cordner?
Joseph Alan Cordner was an Australian rules footballer who played with Geelong and Collingwood in the Victorian Football League.
He was killed at Cape Helles in Turkey during the initial invasion of the Gallipoli peninsula by the forces of the First AIF on 25 April 1915.
