Who is Albert Malbois?

Albert-Georges-Yves Malbois is a French prelate of the Roman Catholic Church and is currently one of the oldest living bishops and one of the oldest French bishops.

Albert Malbois was born in Versailles, France, and was ordained to the priesthood on June 29, 1938 in the Diocese of Versailles. He was appointed Titular Bishop of Altava and Auxiliary Bishop on March 9, 1961 and received his episcopal consecration on April 22, 1961. On October 9, 1966 he was appointed bishop of Corbeil-Essonnes-Évry, a position he held until his resignation in September 1977.
