Aleksandrs Petrovičs Starkovs is a Latvian football coach and a former footballer. Starkovs previously managed clubs such as Spartak Moscow in Russia, FK Baku in Azerbaijan and Skonto FC in Latvia as well as the Latvia national football team from 2001 to 2004 and from 2007 to July 2013.
