Who was Aleksey Khomyakov?
Aleksey Stepanovich Khomyakov was a Russian theologian, philosopher and poet. He co-founded the Slavophile movement along with Ivan Kireyevsky, and became one of its most distinguished theoreticians. His son Nikolay Khomyakov was a speaker of the State Duma.
