Who is Ali Nobakht Haghighi?

Ali Nobakht Haghighi is an Iranian professor of Internal Medicine-Nephrology. He is a permanent member of Iranian Academy of Medical Sciences. Nobakht was formerly the Deputy of Treatment, Finance and Administration, and Student Affair of Ministry of Health and Chairman of High Disciplinary Board and Vice President of Medical Council of Iran. Nobakht served as the Secretary of Iranian Academy of Medical Sciences and the division chief of Renal Diseases and Hypertension of Shaheed Beheshti University of Medical Sciences. Nobakht currently works as the director of hemodialysis unit of MEHR hospital in Tehran. He is the secretary of Iranian Society of Organ Transplantation and Iranian Association of Medical Societies.
