Who is Alice Rivlin?

Alice Mitchell Rivlin is an economist and former U.S. Federal Reserve and budget official. She served as Vice Chair of the Federal Reserve, Director of the White House Office of Management and Budget, and founding Director of the Congressional Budget Office. Rivlin is an expert on the U.S. federal budget and U.S. monetary institutions and policy. She is a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution and visiting professor at Georgetown University.
