Alon Maor

Who is Alon Maor?

Alon Maor has an extensive background in healthcare as a senior

executive with over 15 years of experience in the medical device

business. Prior to founding Aesthera, Alon served from 2000 - 2003 as

Executive Vice President and General Manager of the $150 million

Aesthetic Business Unit at Lumenis. Between 1999 and 2001, he

established ESC's Asia operations and served as the CEO of the Asian

Operations growing the business to $38 million (23% of company sales in

2000). While responsible for Japan and Asia, Alon played a pivotal role

in both establishing and growing the Asian market for laser and light

based aesthetic products. Prior to that, Alon spent 10 years at Direx,

during which he established Direx Japan and Asia as a leading player in

hi-technology diagnostic and therapeutic medical systems.
