Who was Andrew Lopez?
Andrew Lopez (born May 10, 1910 Burgos, Spain - October 31 1986) was a United Press International photographer from 1957 to July 1983. He immigrated in 1914, and became a citizen in 1937. He worked for Acme Newspix, from 1942 to 1957. He covered the Normandy landings, Japanese surrender, and Bikini atomic experiments
