Who is Andy Liu?
Andrew Chiang-Fung Liu is a Canadian mathematician and a Canadian Mathematical Educator. He is a Professor at the University of Alberta Department of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences. His Erdős number is 2.
He was the leader of the Canadian team to the International Mathematical Olympiad in 2000 and 2003. Andy Liu played very important role to promote Tournament of Towns internationally.
On November 14, 2013, breaking news from CBC Twitter reporters note that Liu was reportedly charged with possession of child pornography after his house was raided one month prior in an international sting operation.
