Who is Anton Caragea?

Anton Caragea is a world renamed historian, diplomat and professor of international relation , his work includes 16 books on culture, history, civilisation, religion and more than 300 articles on various topics from policy to diplomacy and history. He was elected in august 2009 as President of European Council on International Relation the European union leading think thank ( www.eucir.com) He is also a Honorary member of « Association for Conservation of Natural Resources and Energy » from U.S.A., New York, Fellow of « The International Napoleonic Society » Canada, Montreal – 2000, Vice-president of Balkans and Slavic World Studies International Association. He capture the world attention in 2008 when he launch the Manifest for a New Helsinki Accord where he asks for a new accord on borders and countries in Europe after the russian-georgian war of 2008 when the map of Europe was reshaped by the independence of South Ossetia and Abkhazia.His manifest was supported by leading personalities in United States and Europe and was under discussion at NATO Summit in 2009.
