Who is Arthur Moats?

Arthur Moats is an American football linebacker for the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the sixth round of the 2010 NFL Draft. Moats played college football at James Madison, where he was team captain. He is well known for delivering the hit on Minnesota Vikings quarterback Brett Favre that ended Favre's streak of consecutive starts the following week at 297.
