Who is Balachandran Prabhakaran?
Balachandran Prabhakaran was the third child of Velupillai Prabhakaran, the founder and the leader of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam movement. He was killed in a summary execution perpetuated by the Sri Lankan military during the final phase of the Sri Lankan Civil War.
