Who is Bharathwaj V?

Bharath is experienced in the IT outsourcing (ITO), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and manufacturing industries. He is responsible for all aspects of marketing at 24/7 Customer including the global marketing strategy and brand management and is part of the strategy team at 24/7 Customer. Since joining in 2003, Bharath has been instrumental in driving the marketing efforts to establish 24/7 Customer as the preferred BPO brand among its stakeholders. Under his leadership 24/7Customer has been recognized as a Top 5 BPO brand in its target markets.

Previously, he was the Head-Global Marketing at iGATE Global Solutions, and was responsible for product development and launch of IT services, and marketing operations. He was instrumental in setting up the global marketing team, productizing and launching technology practices and managing the iGATE brand globally.

Bharath is also experienced in marketing and product management in the manufacturing and services industries. He has also held national marketing and product management roles in manufacturing at Henkel Loctite and ITW where he turned around a loss making business to a profitable business unit.

Bharathwaj is a Mechanical Engineer from REC Durgapur.
