Who is Bill Pullman?

William James "Bill" Pullman is an American actor. Pullman made his film debut in the supporting role of Earl Mott in the 1986 film Ruthless People. He has since gone on to star in other films, including Spaceballs, While You Were Sleeping, Casper, Independence Day and Lost Highway. He has also appeared regularly on television, usually in TV movies and miniseries, though he also had a starring role in the one-season show 1600 Penn.

Pullman began his career teaching theater and appearing in stage plays; he has continued to perform onstage on and off throughout his career.
