Who is Bill Rammell?
William Ernest Rammell is a British Labour Party politician, who was the Member of Parliament for Harlow from 1997 to 2010, and served as a Minister of State in several departments from 2002 until his defeat in 2010 in the 2010 general election to the Conservative candidate, Robert Halfon. In August 2012 he took up his new role as Vice Chancellor of the University of Bedfordshire.
