Who is Bill Walsh?

Bill Walsh is a copy editor at The Washington Post, where he has worked since 1997. He speaks on copy editing and is a regular presenter at annual conferences of the American Copy Editors Society. His books include Lapsing into a Comma; The Elephants of Style; and Yes, I Could Care Less.

Walsh also works on the Slot, a Web site for copy editors that he founded in August 1995.
