Who is Buddy Bailey?
Welby Sheldon "Buddy" Bailey is an American professional baseball manager. In 2013, he spent his second consecutive season and third year overall as skipper of the Tennessee Smokies of the Double-A Southern League. A veteran manager in minor league baseball, Bailey won his 1,500th game in May 2011. He has been a member of the Chicago Cubs organization since 2006.
